Drug-Menace is spreading so rapidly in the recent years that it has engulfed not only old or middle-aged population of our country but the young, Adolescent and even the women folks are not left untouched from this deadly virus. Peace and prosperity of many homes has been badly shattered, wherever Drug entered stealthy or openly.
All the routes to the world of Drugs are enticing and enjoyable but ‘EXIT’ from this world is very difficult. Witnessing such ill effects of Drugs on the society #Akal Academy, Gomtipul held a rally in the nearby villages Begpur, educating the innocent masses about harmful effects of these Drugs.
On 2nd November, all the girl students from class VIII to XII went to the villages in the form of processions holding banners and play cards with slogans of ‘Ill effects’ of Drugs. All the young boys & men and even women and girls were informed in detail about the various hazards which would occur with the intake of these Drugs, the villages were told about the various available drugs in the market and how a particular Drug affects a particular area of human life. They were given a number of tips ‘How to save themselves and their children from the Drugs’.
