We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
Permissible Use
User agrees to use the online payment service only for purposes that are legal and proper. User agrees that it will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service or servers or networks connected to the service.
Indemnification
User shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Kalgidhar Society, its subsidiaries and other affiliates, and its and their officers, directors, owners, agents or other partners, employees, information providers, licensors and licensees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liability, costs, losses, damages, claims and demands, including without limitation attorneys fees and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties, arising out of or related to (i) Information accuracy (ii) Customer's use of the Service; (iii) Customer's disclosure of End User information; (iv) any Customer Content; (v) any breach or non-compliance by Customer of this Agreement, any of The Kalgidhar Society’s policies, or Customer's representations or the provision of warranties contained herein; and (vi) any End User's use of the Service.
Product/Services Information
The Kalgidhar Society may make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or programs described in The Kalgidhar Society website, including the terms and conditions of your use of this website, without liability.
Modifications to the Site
The Kalgidhar Society reserves the right in its sole discretion to review, improve, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the site or any content or information on the site with or without notice to user. The user agrees that The Kalgidhar Society shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of the Site.


Because of your generous support, The Kalgidhar Society has established 121 schools in rural areas benefitting 60,000 underprivileged rural children to provide education virtually at their doorstep. Due to high moral values being taught at the institutes, each student impacts about 35 people in its vicinity.
