The institute was created with a single mission\u2014to ensure that rural girls are never denied education because of where they are born.<\/p>\n<p>She began with a foundation programme designed to strengthen English communication and build self-confidence\u2014two tools that would later shape her professional identity.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"From_Confidence_Building_to_Academic_Excellence\"><\/span>From Confidence Building to Academic Excellence<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>With growing confidence, Jaspal pursued:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.A. (Mathematics)<\/li>\n<li>B.A. B.Ed.<\/li>\n<li>M.Sc. in Mathematics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All her degrees were completed at <strong>Eternal University, Baru Sahib, Sirmour,<\/strong> a space that nurtured both intellect and inner strength.<\/p>\n<p>Yet, what shaped her the most was not just the curriculum\u2014it was the way education was lived and practiced.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lessons_Beyond_the_Classroom\"><\/span>Lessons Beyond the Classroom<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Reflecting on her journey, Jaspal shares:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>\u201cSant Baba Iqbal Singh Ji taught us that education is not only about clearing exams.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>It is about becoming a person of integrity.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>He reminded us never to take shortcuts and to live by values.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>These teachings became her inner compass\u2014guiding her choices, career, and character.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Returning_as_a_Teacher_Not_Just_a_Graduate\"><\/span>Returning as a Teacher, Not Just a Graduate<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After completing her M.Sc., Jaspal Kaur joined <strong>Akal Academy Reeth Kheri as a Mathematics Teacher<\/strong>\u2014returning to serve within the very educational ecosystem that once uplifted her.<\/p>\n<p>From a young girl hesitant to speak English, she became a teacher explaining logic and numbers with confidence.<br \/>\nFrom a farmer\u2019s daughter, she became a professional educator.<br \/>\nFrom a beneficiary of education, she became a contributor to society.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mentorship_Values_and_Lifelong_Guidance\"><\/span>Mentorship, Values, and Lifelong Guidance<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Jaspal often shares that Sant Baba Iqbal Singh Ji remains her lifelong role model, and his bachan continues to guide her through every phase of life.
