<\/span><\/h2>\nKeeping this in mind, Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Dwarka Sec. 11, recently organized a 5-day Gurmat Camp wherein young kids were made aware of the Sikh practical way of life.<\/strong><\/p>\nIn this camp, the volunteers from the Akal Academy, the Residential School Mother Branch, Baru Sahib<\/strong>, running under the auspices of the Kalgidhar Trust, taught the kids about Sikh history, Sikh philosophy, and Sikh principles.<\/strong> The students also learned Gurmukhi and Gurbani Vichaar<\/strong> in the camp.<\/p>\nThis camp was organized from June 24 to June 29<\/strong>. On the last day of the camp, the kids were also presented with gifts from the Kalgidhar Trust, Baru Sahib.<\/p>\nThis is not the first time that the Kalgidhar Trust, Baru Sahib, has been part of or organized such a program.<\/p>\n
Spiritual education is an integral part of the curriculum at all 129 Akal Academies running under the auspices of the Kalgidhar Trust, Baru Sahib.<\/p>\n

Under the guidance of Shiromani Panth Ratan Baba Iqbal Singh Ji, the initiative “Akal Punjabi Sikhya Program” was started to inspire the young generation to learn our Maa Boli Punjabi and Sikh history.<\/p>\n<\/span>The Akal Gurmat International Camp<\/span><\/h2>\nThe Trust also organizes “Akal Gurmat International Camp<\/strong>” every year.
\nIn this Camp, participants from across the globe\u2014the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, etc. The participants learn about Sikh history, Sikh philosophy, the practical way of Sikh living, and much more.<\/p>\n
