A martial arts champion, she earned the prestigious title of WMKF World Champion Silver Medalist and continues to break barriers in her field.<\/p>\n<p>Her accomplishments were celebrated at the Asian Women of Achievement (AWA) Awards 2016, held in London. The awards, which honor the contributions of Asian women across diverse sectors, highlighted Harleen\u2019s exceptional impact in sports.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Decade_of_Dedication_in_Martial_Arts\"><\/span>A Decade of Dedication in Martial Arts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Harleen\u2019s martial arts journey began nearly a decade ago. She is a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Karate and trains rigorously in a combined program of karate and kickboxing. As a member of the WMKF England team, she represents her nation on an international level. Her skill and determination have earned her numerous accolades, including the title of WMKF British Champion in kickboxing and UK All Styles National Champion.<\/p>\n<p>Her achievements don\u2019t stop there. Harleen has also competed in prestigious Taekwondo Opens, claiming multiple national titles.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Balancing_Academics_and_Athletics\"><\/span>Balancing Academics and Athletics<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Alongside her athletic pursuits, Harleen is an exemplary student. She is currently in sixth form, excelling as a head girl and maintaining a balance between her studies and competitive training.
