His father, a soldier in the army, and his mother, a housewife, laid the foundation of a disciplined life for him.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"New_Beginnings_at_Akal_Academy_Baru_Sahib\"><\/span>New Beginnings at Akal Academy Baru Sahib<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>As a teenager, Rajinder moved to the peaceful and spiritual environment of Baru Sahib, where he spent the next three years. Initially, he struggled to adapt to the spiritual life, but with Baba Ji&#8217;s blessings, he eventually embraced the environment.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Setback_%E2%80%93_Failing_XIIth_Grade_Exams\"><\/span>A Setback &#8211; Failing XIIth Grade Exams<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Rajinder faced a significant challenge when he failed his XIIth-grade exams. However, instead of letting failure break him, he found it to be a stepping stone and decided to repeat his exams at Baru Sahib.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Rebuilding_After_Failure_%E2%80%93_Rajinders_Determination_to_Succeed\"><\/span>Rebuilding After Failure &#8211; Rajinder\u2019s Determination to Succeed<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Rajinder repeated his 12th grade at Baru Sahib and passed with an average percentage of 55% in the commerce stream. Despite the failure, his heart was filled with determination, and he continued his educational journey.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Inspired_by_His_Father_%E2%80%93_Pursuing_a_Career_in_the_Army\"><\/span>Inspired by His Father &#8211; Pursuing a Career in the Army<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Rajinder was deeply inspired by his father, who had a passion for serving the country. He aspired to follow in his father\u2019s footsteps and join the army, but despite several attempts, he couldn\u2019t make it.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_New_Path_%E2%80%93_Continuing_Education_and_Hotel_Management\"><\/span>A New Path &#8211; Continuing Education and Hotel Management<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After facing setbacks, Rajinder decided to continue his studies. He enrolled at IGNOU in Andhra Pradesh to pursue a B.Com and then went on to study B.Sc in Hotel Administration (Bachelors in Hotel Management and Catering Technology) at Sri Shakti College of Hotel Management, Hyderabad.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Success_Achieved_%E2%80%93_Rajinders_Professional_Journey\"><\/span>Success Achieved &#8211; Rajinder&#8217;s Professional Journey<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Rajinder&#8217;s hard work and perseverance paid off in 2014 when he was appointed as a Guest Services Associate at the Lemon Tree Hotel in Jaipur. Today, he is an <strong>Associate at Zone Park Hotels<\/strong>, one of India&#8217;s most reputed hotels.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Gratitude_for_Akal_Academy_Baru_Sahib\"><\/span>Gratitude for Akal Academy Baru Sahib<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Rajinder expressed his heartfelt gratitude for Akal Academy Baru Sahib, where he learned invaluable life lessons. He credits the school for shaping his resilience, stating, &#8220;Failures often exhaust people who give up, but failures are exhausted by those who fall and repeatedly stand up.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#8220;I am proud to have studied there. Even if the institution is Sikh-oriented, the peaceful environment helped me grow.
