From an early age, he exhibited determination to overcome challenges and achieve greatness.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Journey_of_Hard_Work_and_Growth\"><\/span>A Journey of Hard Work and Growth<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After completing his 12th in the Science stream at Akal Academy Bhadaur, Kirat aspired to expand his horizons. His hard work and ambition led him to Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia, where he pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>With perseverance and dedication, Kirat successfully navigated the demands of his academic journey. Today, he serves as a Project Manager at the prestigious CSR Limited in Melbourne, a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lessons_from_the_Academy\"><\/span>Lessons from the Academy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Kirat credits much of his success to the transformative years he spent at Akal Academy Bhadaur. Reflecting on his experiences, he shares:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cWhen I first joined the Academy, I found it challenging to adjust to the strict disciplines, like wearing a dastar (turban) and engaging in simran (prayers). But now, living abroad, I deeply value those lessons. They instilled in me a sense of identity and resilience.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>He proudly acknowledges how the Academy\u2019s nurturing environment prepared him to excel on an international platform:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cThe education and values I received made me capable of competing with students worldwide. I salute Baba Iqbal Singh Ji for his visionary work in shaping young minds.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Stand_Against_Adversity\"><\/span>A Stand Against Adversity<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Kirat\u2019s journey is also a story of making conscious choices. Witnessing the prevalence of drug abuse among peers abroad, he feels gratitude for the moral foundation laid by his alma mater:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cMany around me fall prey to addiction, but the teachings at Akal Academy instilled a voice within me that always says \u2018no\u2019 to drugs.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Message_of_Gratitude\"><\/span>A Message of Gratitude<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Kirat expresses heartfelt thanks to Akal Academy Bhadaur:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cThis institution shaped my life and guided me to success.
