Reflecting on his time at Baru Sahib, Jaspreet describes it as a life-changing experience that shaped him both personally and professionally.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond honing his technical skills, he discovered the importance of human values and spirituality. It was at Baru Sahib that he embraced Sikhism by taking Amrit, a commitment that brought inner peace and positivity into his life. The serene environment and the spiritual essence of Baru Sahib provided him with unparalleled motivation and clarity, which continue to guide him in his life and career.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Guided_by_Exceptional_Mentors\"><\/span>Guided by Exceptional Mentors<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Jaspreet credits the faculty, staff, and principal of Baru Sahib for their unwavering support and exemplary guidance. They not only polished his technical skills but also instilled in him the confidence and values needed to navigate life\u2019s challenges.<\/p>\n<p>His journey toward professional success began during his university years, where he gained hands-on experience coordinating campus placements. Jaspreet fondly recalls the excitement of visiting companies like HCL to arrange placement drives. His efforts paid off when he, along with five peers, was selected by Pyramid Consulting immediately after graduation.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Navigating_Personal_Challenges_with_Strength\"><\/span>Navigating Personal Challenges with Strength<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Jaspreet\u2019s resilience was tested when his mother, a former supervisor at PGIMS Rohtak, passed away last year. Coupled with his professional responsibilities, this was a challenging phase. However, the strength and courage he derived from the values instilled at Baru Sahib helped him persevere and bounce back.<\/p>\n<p>This personal tragedy also highlighted for Jaspreet the critical need for spiritual and human values in fields like education and healthcare. He observed a significant gap in compassion and ethics during his mother\u2019s treatment, reinforcing his belief in the importance of holistic education models like those implemented by the Kalgidhar Trust.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Vision_for_the_Future\"><\/span>A Vision for the Future<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Jaspreet\u2019s career aspirations are as ambitious as his journey has been inspiring. Having gained valuable experience in software development, he plans to launch his own software company in the near future.
