Baljinder Singh Gill, a proud alumnus of Akal Academy, and currently working as an engineer at Rinox Engineering, Ludhiana. My journey from a humble rural background to a professional engineer stands as a testament to the transformative power of education and the values instilled by Akal Academy.<\/p>\n<p>Coming from a middle-class family, my father managed a small-scale glass designing enterprise, and my mother was a homemaker. Little did we know that the opening of an Akal Academy in our village would become the turning point of my life.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Akal_Academy_%E2%80%93_Shaping_Dreams_in_Rural_Punjab\"><\/span>Akal Academy &#8211; Shaping Dreams in Rural Punjab<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>When Akal Academy opened its doors in our village, it quickly became a beacon of hope for families like mine. Its modern infrastructure, CBSE affiliation, and unique blend of academic excellence and spiritual values were unparalleled in our region. Inspired by the transformation it promised, my parents enrolled me in the school when I was in 2nd grade.<\/p>\n<p>The school provided more than just education; it expanded my vision, instilled discipline, and gave me the confidence to dream big. Teachers like Anupreet Madam, Rakesh Sir, and Sonu Sharma Sir played pivotal roles in mentoring and shaping my personality during my formative years.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Engineering_Education_and_Career_Progression\"><\/span>Engineering Education and Career Progression<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After completing my schooling, I pursued a B.Tech degree at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Engineering in Ferozepur. With the blessings of the Almighty, I secured my first job at ESS Techno Fab in Derabassi.<\/p>\n<p>My journey then took me to Gill Sandhu Machine Tools\/Gill Power Press in Ludhiana, where I gained hands-on experience in engineering, working from grassroots levels to senior positions. After 2.5 years, I joined Rinox Engineering in Ludhiana, where I have been thriving for the past six months.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside my professional journey, I am pursuing an MBA from Punjab University, Chandigarh, through correspondence, hoping it will further enhance my career prospects.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Vision_for_Rural_Development\"><\/span>A Vision for Rural Development<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>While I am grateful for my professional success, my heart remains rooted in my village. I aspire to see more development, especially in higher education and career counseling for rural youth. Encouraging independence and nurturing their passions will help them excel and build a bright future. My journey reflects the significant impact of holistic education, strong mentorship, and family support.
