Hailing from a humble agrarian family in Muktsar, Deepinder\u2019s father balanced farming and a government job to support the family, while his upbringing was enriched by the values and education of Akal Academy.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Education_and_Early_Career\"><\/span>Education and Early Career<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Deepinder completed his B.Tech in Electronics and Communications from Banda Singh Bahadur College, Fatehgarh Sahib. His academic foundation, combined with the life skills instilled at Akal Academy, landed him a job at Ericsson, Gurgaon, where he worked for 1.5 years. This exposure to the corporate world provided him with invaluable experience and insights.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Shifting_to_Banking\"><\/span>Shifting to Banking<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Despite his success in the corporate sector, Deepinder sought opportunities closer to home. His aspiration to work in Chandigarh, a city he admired for its culture and development, led him to transition into banking. Starting with IDBI and OBC Bank in Jalandhar, he eventually secured a position at Punjab &amp; Sind Bank in Chandigarh, fulfilling a long-cherished dream.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Future_Aspirations\"><\/span>Future Aspirations<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Deepinder\u2019s journey doesn\u2019t stop here. While he is content with his current role, he has set his sights on preparing for the Civil Services Examination (UPSC), aiming to contribute further to society.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Gratitude_to_Akal_Academy\"><\/span>Gratitude to Akal Academy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Deepinder credits Akal Academy for shaping his personality, values, and career. He acknowledges the teachers for their relentless dedication and praises the institution for providing rural children with education at par with urban schools.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Message_to_Rural_Students_and_Parents\"><\/span>A Message to Rural Students and Parents<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Deepinder urges rural students to embrace their heritage, work hard, and make the most of the opportunities provided by institutions like Akal Academy.
