Today, she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Plant Science at the prestigious University of Zurich, Switzerland, turning her aspirations into achievements.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Foundation_of_Success_%E2%80%93_Akal_Academy\"><\/span>The Foundation of Success &#8211; Akal Academy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Anupriya\u2019s journey began in 2001 when she joined Akal Academy Kajri. Impressed by the school\u2019s value-based education system, she gained both academic knowledge and deep insights into Sikhism and moral values. After excelling in her 10th grade, she transitioned to Akal Academy Baru Sahib, a place she fondly recalls as the &#8220;Valley of Divine Peace.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Divinity classes by Er. Amarjeet Singh and the serene environment of Baru Sahib played a transformative role in her life. Though initially expected to pursue MBBS, the guidance of Dr. Davinder Singh inspired her to explore the field of Biotechnology\u2014a decision that became the turning point of her career.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Academic_Achievements\"><\/span>Academic Achievements<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Anupriya completed her Bachelor\u2019s in Biotechnology at GGDSD College, Punjab University, followed by a Master\u2019s at Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, specializing in Biotechnology and Plant Breeding &amp; Genetics. Her dedication earned her a Gold Medal for topping her Master\u2019s program and an award for the best thesis.<\/p>\n<p>Her exceptional performance led to a role as a Research Fellow in an international project, &#8220;Sample Sequencing of Wheat Chromosome 2A-IWGC,&#8221; at Punjab Agricultural University.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Realizing_Her_Dream_%E2%80%93_PhD_in_Switzerland\"><\/span>Realizing Her Dream &#8211; Ph.D. in Switzerland<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>With unwavering determination, Anupriya applied for a Ph.D. program in Plant Science at the University of Zurich, Switzerland. Out of 100 candidates, she secured admission with a full scholarship\u2014a testament to her hard work and perseverance.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Beacon_of_Inspiration\"><\/span>A Beacon of Inspiration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Anupriya\u2019s journey is a powerful narrative of resilience and ambition. Coming from a lower-middle-class background, she overcame challenges with the unwavering support of her parents and the holistic education provided by Akal Academy under the Kalgidhar Society.<\/p>\n<p>Her story is a reminder that dreams, when pursued with determination and faith, can lead to extraordinary achievements.
