Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the first Sikh Guru, shared timeless principles such as \u2018Kirat Karo\u2019 (earn honestly), \u2018Naam Japo\u2019 (meditate on God\u2019s name), and \u2018Vand Shhakko\u2019 (share with others).<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Religious_Ceremonies_and_Akhand_Path_Sahib\"><\/span>Religious Ceremonies and Akhand Path Sahib<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The event began with the initiation of two Akhand Path Sahib ceremonies organized by the academy\u2019s staff and students. The \u2018Hukamnama\u2019 was recited by Bhai Jagveer Singh, setting a spiritual tone for the celebrations.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Devotional_Performances_by_Students\"><\/span>Devotional Performances by Students<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Students from Nursery to Class XII participated in a series of devotional activities, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gurbani Kirtan<\/li>\n<li>Kavishri (poetry recitation)<\/li>\n<li>Sakhis (stories of Guru Nanak Dev Ji\u2019s life)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Speeches_and_Poems\"><\/span>Speeches and Poems<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The program was anchored by Class XI students Rajpreet Kaur and Jasdeep Kaur under the guidance of dedicated teachers, including S. Avtar Singh Sandhu, Mrs. Savita, Mr. Balvinder Singh, and Mrs. Jasbir Kaur.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Palki_Sahib_Procession_and_Panj_Pyaras_Role\"><\/span>Palki Sahib Procession and Panj Pyaras\u2019 Role<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After the Bhog of Akhand Path Sahib, the beautifully decorated Palki Sahib of Guru Granth Sahib Ji was carried to the main pandal amidst the recitation of the Shabad \u201cJithe Jaye Bahe Mera Satguru So Thaan Suhawa Ram Rajje.\u201d Senior boys played the revered role of Panj Pyaras during this divine procession.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Spiritual_Discourse_by_Bhai_Nachattar_Singh\"><\/span>Spiritual Discourse by Bhai Nachattar Singh<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Bhai Nachattar Singh, a Katha Wachak from Gurmat Gyan Missionary College Ludhiana, inspired the audience with his enlightening discourse, sharing the teachings and values of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Principals_Address_and_Annual_Report\"><\/span>Principal\u2019s Address and Annual Report<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Principal Mrs. Simran Kaur Thind welcomed the gathering and shared a heartfelt speech on the life of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. She also highlighted the academy&#8217;s achievements in her annual report, celebrating the success of students and staff.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Art_Craft_Exhibition_and_Free_Eye_Check-Up_Camp\"><\/span>Art &amp; Craft Exhibition and Free Eye Check-Up Camp<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>An art and craft exhibition, featuring student-made creations with teacher guidance, drew significant attention. A handcrafted model of Akal Academy Kajri became the centerpiece of admiration.
