Instead, it stemmed from her childhood experiences.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI used to eat big packets of chocolate at school,\u201d she recalls. \u201cBeing born premature, people often told me that I wouldn\u2019t be able to do certain things. But I had an urge to prove them wrong. Just before starting university, I decided to cut down on junk food and focus on building strength.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fitness_and_Faith_%E2%80%93_A_Unique_Combination\"><\/span>Fitness and Faith &#8211; A Unique Combination<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>By combining physical strength with spiritual discipline, Gurpreet Kaur is redefining fitness.
