However, a last-minute funding withdrawal by the Department for Education (DfE) delayed the process, sparking frustration among parents.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Support_from_Leaders_Paves_the_Way\"><\/span>Support from Leaders Paves the Way<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Thanks to the efforts of Leicester East MP Keith Vaz, Councillor Vi Dempster, and the DfE, the school finally opened its doors after trustees met strict conditions, including restructuring the board and securing a sustainable financial plan.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Inclusive_Education_with_a_Sikh_Ethos\"><\/span>Inclusive Education with a Sikh Ethos<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Falcons Primary will provide high-quality education rooted in Sikh values, welcoming students from all backgrounds. At least 50% of the admissions are open to non-Sikh children.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Exciting_Future_for_Students\"><\/span>Exciting Future for Students<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Headteacher Jasbir Mann expressed excitement, stating: \u201cThe historic Grade II listed building has been completely renovated, creating a calm and peaceful learning environment.
