Derstine<br \/>\n\u2022 Dr. Sandra Friedman<br \/>\n\u2022 Dr. Marcia Gamaly<br \/>\n\u2022 Stephanie Zumbo<br \/>\n\u2022 Dr. Brian Fasolika (NYU)<br \/>\nTheir mission is to empower BSc and MSc Nursing students not just with theory, but with real-world strategies that save lives.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Students_Faculty_Gained\"><\/span>What Students &amp; Faculty Gained<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The five-day intensive was a very inspiring experience. One filled with simulations, role plays, group challenges, and real-time decision-making.<br \/>\n\u2714 Mastered leadership in high-pressure environments<br \/>\n\u2714 Strengthened clinical team communication<br \/>\n\u2714 Practiced conflict resolution in healthcare settings<br \/>\n\u2714 Built a culture of safety and trust<br \/>\n\u2714 Experienced hands-on learning through simulations<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Beyond_the_Classroom_%E2%80%93_Fuel_for_a_Lifelong_Mission\"><\/span>Beyond the Classroom &#8211; Fuel for a Lifelong Mission<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This workshop is very special for the students. It stirred something deeper the realization that great nurses are built through rigorous training and moral purpose.<br \/>\nBy the end of the workshop, our students were more confident, more collaborative, and more committed to transforming patient care.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Planting_Seeds_of_Global_Citizenship_in_Rural_Soil\"><\/span>Planting Seeds of Global Citizenship in Rural Soil<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>At Eternal University, we believe rural institutions can lead global revolutions and this event is a living proof of that.
