On 28th September 2015, in a powerful step towards holistic student development, a Free Medical Check-Up Camp was organized in collaboration with a dedicated team from <strong>Civil Hospital, Fazilka<\/strong>. With the understanding that poor health can significantly hinder a child\u2019s learning ability, participation in activities, and overall growth, the academy has committed itself to prioritizing student wellness alongside academics.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Camp_in_Action\"><\/span>The Camp in Action<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The medical team conducted a thorough check-up of students, covering:-<br \/>\n<em><strong>\u2022 Hemoglobin levels (to detect anemia)<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>\u2022 Blood group identification<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n<em><strong>\u2022 Dental health screening<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nEach test served as a preventative tool, ensuring that any underlying issues could be detected and managed before they impacted the child\u2019s development.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Healthy_Beginning_for_a_Bright_Tomorrow\"><\/span>A Healthy Beginning for a Bright Tomorrow<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The medical camp was a part of the Academy\u2019s ongoing health initiative aimed at:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Early detection of potential health issues<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring nutrition and growth<\/li>\n<li>Promoting health awareness among students and parents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By taking such proactive steps, the school ensures that its young learners receive the care and attention necessary to excel in all spheres of life.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Why_It_Matters\"><\/span>Why It Matters<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Children who are healthy are more attentive, active, and engaged in school. <strong>Akal Academy\u2019s<\/strong> initiative to integrate health awareness into its educational ecosystem is a shining example of how schools can nurture the whole child academically, emotionally, and physically.<br \/>\nIn the Words of the Organizers Health is the first step toward happiness and success.
