Chambail Singh) welcomed a team of delegates from <strong>Drexel University, USA,<\/strong> who brought with them a wealth of knowledge and a mission to educate young minds on the importance of oral hygiene and to take a stand against the silent epidemic of tooth decay.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Meet_the_Missionaries_of_Oral_Health\"><\/span>Meet the Missionaries of Oral Health<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The visiting team <strong>Dr. Jill B. Derstine, Dr. Marylou McHugh, Dr. Diane Depew,<\/strong> and <strong>Dr. Julia Mazurak<\/strong>\u00a0received a spirited welcome from the students and staff. With empathy, enthusiasm, and engaging demonstrations, they brought to life the importance of brushing, flossing, and maintaining oral hygiene from a young age.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Learning_That_Begins_with_a_Smile\"><\/span>Learning That Begins with a Smile<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The interactive session included a live demonstration of the correct brushing technique, an overview of the causes and effects of poor oral hygiene, and a discussion on healthy eating habits for strong teeth. The children were actively engaged and responded with enthusiasm, curiosity, and confidence.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Toothbrush_A_Lesson_A_Lifelong_Habit\"><\/span>A Toothbrush, A Lesson, A Lifelong Habit<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Each student was gifted a toothbrush and toothpaste simple yet powerful tools that symbolize the beginning of a healthy habit. The delegates emphasized that oral health is a community responsibility. By educating students, we empower families and, ultimately, uplift entire communities.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sowing_Seeds_of_Health_in_Rural_Soil\"><\/span>Sowing Seeds of Health in Rural Soil<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The initiative, which focused on grassroots awareness, serves as an incredible example of how education can be a powerful tool for transformation.
