With a remarkable alumni network of <strong>70,000 students,<\/strong> the Society has extended free assistance to <strong>32,332 learners,<\/strong> creating opportunities where they are needed most.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Addressing_Punjabs_Critical_Challenges\"><\/span>Addressing Punjab\u2019s Critical Challenges<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Our conversation focused on key issues that urgently need collective attention:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Limited Economic Opportunities \u2014<\/strong> The necessity to create diverse career pathways for Punjab\u2019s youth.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drug Abuse Crisis \u2014<\/strong> Confronting one of the most pressing social threats to the state\u2019s future.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Increasing Migration \u2014<\/strong> Understanding why young talent is leaving and how to reverse the trend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"An_Esteemed_Panel_of_Experts\"><\/span>An Esteemed Panel of Experts<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>It was an absolute honor to share the stage with highly respected professionals from the corporate sector and family enterprises:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Mr. Manpreet Singh Ahuja<\/strong> \u2014 Chief Clients &amp; Alliances Officer, PwC<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mr. Jogendra Singh \u2014<\/strong> President &amp; Group CFO, Hero Enterprise<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mr. Kanwar Singh \u2014<\/strong> Vice President Finance, Oracle India<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mr. Lavinder Singh Duggal \u2014<\/strong> MD, HTL Aircon Services Pvt Ltd<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Their deep insights brought multiple perspectives to the discussion, merging business experience with the educational and social realities of Punjab.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"An_Engaged_and_Inspired_Audience\"><\/span>An Engaged and Inspired Audience<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>With over 150 participants, the seminar was more than an exchange of ideas \u2014 it was a platform for actionable change. Educators, corporate leaders, and community members discussed ways to uplift Punjab\u2019s youth through skill development, value-based education, and societal support.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"My_Takeaway\"><\/span>My Takeaway<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Moderating this event reaffirmed my belief that education, when paired with compassion and opportunity, has the power to reshape entire communities.
