Recently, I had the wonderful opportunity to attend a seminar in Mumbai where I interacted with inspiring personalities who are deeply engaged in this mission.<\/p>\n<p>The impact of this initiative is remarkable \u2014 spread across <strong>130 schools and 3 universities,<\/strong> it has touched the lives of <strong>75,000<\/strong> deserving students. Most of these children come from rural backgrounds and financially challenged families. Thanks to part and full scholarships, they are not only receiving quality education but also learning values that will guide them throughout life.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Lessons_That_Touched_My_Heart\"><\/span>Lessons That Touched My Heart<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Learning_to_Slow_Down_and_Reflect\"><\/span>Learning to Slow Down and Reflect<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>One ex-student\u2019s words deeply moved me. She said, <strong>\u201cValue-based education has trained me to slow down and think in any situation before acting.\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nHearing such wisdom from a young soul left me truly impressed.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bridging_the_Gap_for_Rural_Students\"><\/span>Bridging the Gap for Rural Students<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>While mentoring MBA students from rural backgrounds, I realized the exposure gap that exists between rural and metro students. Unlike city students, rural youth often lack access to internships, networks, and mentorship. Providing them with guidance and opportunities can make a huge difference in their confidence and career.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Every_Student_Deserves_Support\"><\/span>Every Student Deserves Support<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>There are countless students with immense potential who need financial help, emotional support, and guidance. I believe that with the right nurturing, every student can excel and contribute to building a better society.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"My_Gratitude_to_the_Kalgidhar_Society\"><\/span>My Gratitude to the Kalgidhar Society<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Being a part of this initiative by the Kalgidhar Society has been an enriching experience. It is not just about education\u2014it is about creating good human beings and responsible citizens. Many noble souls are contributing selflessly, each in their own way, to ensure that rural children get the education and values they deserve.<\/p>\n<p>I am truly grateful to witness and contribute to this mission.
