It was not just another day at <strong>Akal Academy, Baru Sahib.<\/strong> It was a day of oneness, diversity, colourful talents, and inspiring change makers.<br \/>\n<strong>The Valley of Divine Peace<\/strong> came alive with flowers in bloom, music in the air, and the laughter of children dressed in vibrant colours. With hearts full of joy, <strong>The Kalgidhar Trust, Baru Sahib<\/strong> celebrated the <strong>26th Annual Day<\/strong> of its flagship school in <strong>Himachal Pradesh<\/strong> with grandeur, togetherness, and divine spirit.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Symphony_of_Faith_and_Talent\"><\/span>A Symphony of Faith and Talent<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The event opened with the arrival of esteemed guests:-<br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Mr. S. Sikander Singh Maluka, Education Minister, Govt. of Punjab.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Mr. Gangu Ram Musafir, Vice Chairman, Planning Commission, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh.<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 <strong>Respected members of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Committee.<\/strong><br \/>\nWhat followed was a soul-stirring blend of <strong>Shabad-Kirtan, orchestras, historic skits, and colourful performances.<\/strong> From nursery children to high schoolers, every child found a way to express creativity some performances brought smiles, others tears, while many delivered powerful social messages on unity, child labour, tree plantation, and the fight against drugs.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Honouring_Achievers\"><\/span>Honouring Achievers<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The <strong>Honourable Chief Guest<\/strong> handed prizes to outstanding achievers. Moved by what he witnessed, he said:-<br \/>\n<em>\u201cI am spellbound to see the value-based education being imparted here academic excellence blended with spiritual wisdom. This is the true need of the hour.\u201d<\/em><br \/>\nHe praised <strong>Baba Iqbal Singh Ji<\/strong> for nurturing <strong>Akal Academies<\/strong> that are bringing laurels to society through education rooted in both knowledge and values.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Skits_That_Spoke_to_the_Heart\"><\/span>Skits That Spoke to the Heart<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Children presented beautifully crafted skits on <strong>Bhagat Dhruv\u2019s life<\/strong> from <strong>Guru Granth Sahib Ji,<\/strong> leaving the audience teary-eyed with their depth and sincerity.<br \/>\nThe highlight came with a thrilling performance of <strong>Sikh Martial Arts &#8211; \u2018Gatkha\u2019,<\/strong> which left everyone spellbound at the grace and courage of the young students.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Divine_Conclusion\"><\/span>A Divine Conclusion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The event reached its peak with a spiritual address by <strong>Baba Iqbal Singh Ji,<\/strong> <strong>President of The Kalgidhar Trust<\/strong> and the guiding spirit behind the <strong>Rural Education Revolution.<\/strong><br \/>\nHe blessed the gathering with pearls of divine wisdom, appreciating the children\u2019s effort in showcasing Sikhi culture with pride. With hope and conviction, Babaji shared his vision:<br \/>\n<em>\u201cSomeday, this path of education and values shall ultimately lead the world to permanent peace.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Festival_of_Inspiration\"><\/span>A Festival of Inspiration<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Set against the backdrop of panoramic mountains and under the clear skies, the <strong>Annual Day<\/strong> was more than a celebration it was a living example of unity, culture, and spiritual joy.<br \/>\nIt showed how little children, like blossoms in the <strong>Valley of Divine Peace,<\/strong> can bloom into responsible, compassionate leaders of tomorrow.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Message_for_Students\"><\/span>Message for Students<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Every child holds a spark of talent, waiting to shine.
