outcomes and in some cases, like a catalyst, it sparks off extraordinary dreams.\u201d<\/em><br \/>\nIt is a small thing that makes a big difference, redefining our outlook toward life.<br \/>\nThis thought echoes in my mind as I witness the remarkable transformation of a group of rural girls under a <strong>Free Teachers Training Program<\/strong> <strong>by<\/strong> <strong>The Kalgidhar Trust, Baru Sahib, Himachal Pradesh.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Rise_of_a_Dreamer_from_Sangrur\"><\/span>The Rise of a Dreamer from Sangrur<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A simpleton from <strong>Sangrur, Punjab, Manpreet Kaur<\/strong> enrolled for the foundation course in <strong>2011.<\/strong><br \/>\nBold and confident, she instantly stood out from the crowd.<br \/>\nHaving lost her father at a young age, <strong>Manpreet<\/strong> found her best friend in books.<br \/>\nWhile her mother toiled as the sole breadwinner, she recognized the flame of determination in her daughter\u2019s eyes and ensured that <strong>Manpreet<\/strong> joined the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airwe.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Akal Institute of Women Empowerment<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0a place where her skills and dreams could truly flourish.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Brilliant_Mind_with_a_Heart_to_Help\"><\/span>A Brilliant Mind with a Heart to Help<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>An ardent lover of non-fiction, <strong>Manpreet<\/strong> possesses an extraordinary memory and a natural knack for logic and problem-solving.<br \/>\nShe not only learns concepts thoroughly but also teaches others, explaining ideas clearly and confidently.<br \/>\n<em>\u201cWe are not here merely to make a living for ourselves, but to enable the deprived to live more gracefully, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement, and to enrich the world,\u201d<\/em><br \/>\nexplains <strong>Manpreet<\/strong> during an interview.<br \/>\nHer helpful nature stands out especially in her friendship with <strong>Sangeet,<\/strong> whom she assists in reading and writing skills.<br \/>\nFor herself, she continues to nurture her intellect by reading daily, constantly polishing her skills.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Beyond_the_Classroom_%E2%80%93_A_Vision_Among_the_Stars\"><\/span>Beyond the Classroom &#8211;
