Her strength lies in her tenacity and unshakable willpower.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Hard_Work_%E2%80%93_The_Hidden_Face_of_Opportunity\"><\/span>Hard Work &#8211; The Hidden Face of Opportunity<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Most people miss opportunity because it comes dressed in overalls and looks like hard work.<br \/>\nBut <strong>Gurpreet<\/strong> is one of those who has broken through every obstacle and clutched opportunity with both hands to accomplish her ambitions.<br \/>\nDeprived of material wealth and born to a blue-collar family, she achieved her goals with pure dedication and continues to aspire for greater heights.<br \/>\nHer father, <strong>Balbir Singh,<\/strong> works in a factory in <strong>Amritsar,<\/strong> while her mother, <strong>Rajwant Kaur,<\/strong> is a homemaker. Despite a financially strained background, <strong>Gurpreet<\/strong> matriculated <strong>with 75% in CBSE from Guru Ram Das School<\/strong> and <strong>passed her 12th with 74% from a government school in Amritsar.<\/strong><br \/>\nShe truly embodies the quote <strong>\u201cPerseverance is a great element for success.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Faith_%E2%80%93_Her_Guiding_Light\"><\/span>Faith &#8211; Her Guiding Light<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><em>\u201cWhen you focus on being a blessing, God makes sure that you are blessed in abundance.\u201d<\/em><br \/>\nFaith is taking the first step even when you don\u2019t see the whole staircase.<br \/>\nHer faith in Babaji turned her shattered world into light again.<br \/>\nAfter her <strong>12th exams,<\/strong> <strong>Gurpreet joined Akal Academy, Cheema Sahib (2009),<\/strong> enrolling in <strong>Religious Studies and English-speaking classes<\/strong> to polish her communication skills.<br \/>\nLater, she joined <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.airwe.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Akal Institute of Rural Women Empowerment (AIRWE)<\/a>, Baru Sahib,<\/strong> under <strong>The Kalgidhar Trust,<\/strong> for six months of intensive training, followed by two and a half years at <strong>Akal Academy, Chunni Kalan.<\/strong><br \/>\nToday, she proudly teaches <strong>5th-grade students at the I.B.O. School, Baru Sahib,<\/strong> continuing her journey of faith and purpose.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Living_by_Peace_Purpose_and_Prayer\"><\/span>Living by Peace, Purpose, and Prayer<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Sometimes, the quietest moments bring the greatest pleasure. <strong>Gurpreet<\/strong> believes that life\u2019s true purpose is to spread the word of God, and that is exactly what she\u2019s doing.<br \/>\n<strong>The Kalgidhar Trust<\/strong> not only nurtured her ambitions but also enriched her soul with spiritual wisdom.
