By the Numbers<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Community support was immense, amplified by frontline volunteers and generous donors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Rescue boats deployed<\/strong> and lives saved across multiple villages<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hundreds of homes repaired<\/strong>; several gurdwaras reconstructed<\/li>\n<li><strong>Stationery kits and full Education fee<\/strong> concessions for children affected by floods<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emergency materials<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211; tarpaulins, beds, water bottles, farm seeds, relief kits<\/li>\n<li><strong>Medical help<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 25+ medical camps serving thousands<\/li>\n<li><strong>Animal welfare services<\/strong>\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 veterinary camps, fodder distribution, care for rescued livestock<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spiritual care, including evacuating sacred Sri Guru Granth Sahib Saroops<\/strong> during the floods, ensured both physical and emotional strength for communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This multi-faceted relief work was powered by nearly <strong>500 dedicated volunteers<\/strong> from Akal University, Eternal University, and Akal Academies.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"100_DAYS_%E2%80%94_100_HOUSES\"><\/span>100 DAYS \u2014 100 HOUSES<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>One of the most<strong> ambitious initiatives<\/strong> was the <strong>\u201c100 Days \u2013 100 Houses\u201d project, or Akal Relief Homes, <\/strong>\u00a0a testament to speed, dignity, and compassion.<br \/>\n<strong>&#8220;100 houses in 100 days&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; An ambitious target, indeed!
