With the growing number of environmental problems and therefore sensitizing the children about the future global crisis, Akal Academy Kajri Niranjanpur celebrated Earth Day on 22 April 2016. The programme began with poster making and model making by the enthusiastic children. The student took out rally in the surrounding of the area to aware the people about rising environmental concerns. Later the 9th and 10th classes put their hands to support the move.

Amritpal Singh (9E), Gurkaran Singh 9B, Gurpreet Singh 9B, Jibin Josekutty (9E) and Reni Philip (8C), Yashi Mishra (9C) Simrandeep Kaur (9C), Rajdeep Kaur made beautiful posters and slogan placards to make the programme a success.

The Principal Mrs Simran Kaur Thind, expressed her appreciation and asked the students to contribute to make the earth a safer and beautiful planet.

Mr. Ashok Singh Guleria Mr. Vattanpreet Singh, Mr. Philip Xavier to gave their support to organize this activity to make it a new learning experience.
