We, here at The Kalgidhar Society (“Society”), ensure the protection of your personal data and information. We implement strict contractual and technical measures to protect the confidentiality of your personal data and information. This Privacy policy clearly explains what kind of data we collect, why do we collect it, what is the manner of collection thereof and how do we process, store, use and protect the data collected. Any personal data disclosed to the Society will not be used in ways other than as set forth in this privacy policy.

The donors who are interested in donating or sponsoring our running projects visit the website and fill in the aforementioned information here https://www.barusahib.org/donate and pages related to other running projects.

The users who leave a query for us fill in some of the above listed information here https://www.bausahib.org/contact-us.

We also collect your IP Address and your location data when you access our website.

Why do we collect the personal data from you?

We collect your personal data for one or all of the following purposes:

  • To reach out to you by phone or email for giving you information / updates about our services/operations
  • To identify the donors and allow them to receive regular personalized updates about the projects they are sponsoring.
  • To update donors about the new projects initiated by The Kalgidhar Society

You can withdraw the consent to process any or all of your data or information anytime by way of filing a request here. You may also leave a request to stop receiving any messages / updates from us anytime you wish to.

  • Right to object: You have the right to object to the use of your data if you believe that the same would cause any kind of loss, damage or distress to you
  • Revocation of consent: If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you can revoke this consent at any given time.
