“Cleanliness” is the foundation and base for the development of India. This “Cleanliness Mission” was begun by “Prime Minister” of India Hon’ble Narendra Modi to make the nation very neat and clean. By this Mission is running all over India and so Many great personalities are also participating in the “Cleanliness Mission”. This “Cleanliness Mission” was also followed in Akal Academy Gomtipul, November 27, 2014 (Thursday).
Principal Madam Mrs. Pawan Sahni initiated this programme to create awareness among the people of the nearby areas. From Akal Academy Gomtipul, Rally was started to village Parsadpur at 09:30 a.m. in which 8 Teachers along with 84 students participated with full enthusiasm and energy.
Students attracted the attention of the villages by slogans put forth highlighting the advantages and benefits of Cleanliness like ‘Green City’, ‘Clean City’, ‘Reuse’ Reduce, Recycle, etc.
They also highlighted the importance of Hygiene in our lives. The Primary School of the village in Parsadpur was also covered during the rally.
Finally moving towards Prasadpur Railway Station where they addressed the passengers who were very happy to meet Akal Academy’s students and appreciated the students, contributing their bit in rural transformation.
