Punjab Flood Relief 2025
Using pre-fabricated construction technology, fully equipped houses ranging from 500 to 1,000 sq. ft. were completed within 24 hours, each at an approximate cost of ₹6 lakh. In addition to permanent housing, families received essential household items, ration support, and access to basic amenities.
100 HOUSES
The Trust’s relief efforts also included rescue operations using motorboats, saving both human and animal lives, distribution of emergency relief materials, and educational support for children through stationery assistance and full fee concessions.
Nearly 500 volunteers from Akal University, Eternal University, and Akal Academies formed the backbone of the Akal Sewa Teams, serving tirelessly in flood-affected regions.
The Trust remains committed to transparency and accountability, ensuring responsible utilisation of all contributions.
Spiritual support continued at Gurudwara Baru Sahib through regular recitations of Sri Sehaj Path Sahib and daily prayers for the well-being of Punjab, reinforcing the Trust’s ethos of service rooted in faith and compassion.
