An Inter-house exhibition was held on Energy Conservation in the premises of the Akal Academy, Uddat Saidewala in which students of classes 6th to 8th participated and displayed their exhibitions on models portraying Energy crisis and different strategies to overcome an energy crisis.

Students were updated with a variety of ways to inculcate energy conservation in their routine activities. Their knowledge was ameliorated with new ideas and techniques to conserve energy.

Impressive models were made by students on alternative sources of energy, use of Solar panel, Solar cooker, Hydroelectricity, Use of Wind energy, Use of Biogas plant in rural areas.

Diverting their attention towards affordable, cheap, eco-friendly and popular means of Energy conservation & building a brighter nation!

Students made beautiful decorative materials such as diyas, candles, rangoli’s etc using clay, glaze, papers, colored chalks etc. The […]

In the wake of celebrating the Bandi Chhor Diwas, Akal Academy, Bhadaur recently celebrated the day organizing an Inter- class Competition on 22nd October regarding the decoration of their classes from 3rd up to XII class. Students made beautiful decorative materials such as diyas, candles, rangoli’s etc using clay, glaze, papers, colored chalks etc. The Principal took a round of inspection along with the floor Co-ordinators to observe the classes, giving a boost to their creativity & confidence.

Senior students also made beautiful greetings and spreading the message of happiness & self- enlightenment and motivated to celebrate a Pollution free Day.

Akal academies encourage the creativity among the students at various sacred festivals apart from the regular activities.

Inter – Academy Athletic Meet 2014 – 2015 held at Akal Academy Gomtipul!

First Inter Academy Meet was organized at Akal Academy Gomtipul on 21-10-2014 with great zeal and enthusiasm. Students from class Nursery to V of A.A.Gomtipul, A.A.Kajri and A.A.Telipura participated in this Athletics meet.

The meet was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Dr. Joginder Singh Ji. The Principals’ of all the three Academies Jathedar Veerji S Jaswant Singh Ji were all present during the Athletics meet.

There were various fun games for Nursery –KG kids, like Cycle race, Banana race. For the kids of class I and II, there were events like 50 mt race, sack race, three-legged race and various other events. Race events like 100 mt, 200 mt, Shotput, long jump etc were organized for class IV-V.

All the students performed their events with true sportsman spirit and displayed their talent.

Students of Akal Academy Bhadaur participate in “Gurmat Quiz” on Guru Ram Das ji’s Gurpurab!

To commemorate the sacred Gurpurab of Guru Ram Das ji, a refreshing Gurmat quiz was organised in Akal Academy Theh Kalandhar to spread knowledge about the Life History of The Sikh gurus. The students showed immense curiosity in learning facts about their Sikh Heritage.

The program met with its end with prize distribution. It was a great moment for them while their faces cheered up while taking prizes.

Special Kirtan Programme at Akal Academy Makhangarh!

A special programme was conducted in Akal Academy Makhangarh honoring the special guests, Ranbir Singh Atwal (donor of Makangarh) and his wife Mrs Sarabjit Kaur along with UK trust Bhai Harkishan Singh with his wife, Amrik Singh Rehal (donor of Akal Academy Chehal Kalan).

The programme witnessed students participating with utmost zeal & enthusiasm in various activities. Kirtan Darbar by students enthralled everyone present.
