Panchayat Lana Bhalta (Baru Sahib) from District Sirmour has won Maharishi Valmiki Award 2014 and has been awarded with Rs. 5 Lakhs. Panchayat Lana Bhalta has stood out strong in the field of keeping clean and now is all set to compete being the best in the inter panchayat competition.
