The Constitution day was celebrated with great invention at Akal Academy Kajri. On this special day various activities were held by the Abhai House under the supervision of the house master and all respective teachers.

First of all mass reading of the preamble was held in the morning assembly. Thereafter, Mock Parliament was concluded by the 10th grade students and debate on the theme Democratic V/s Non-democratic by the 8th & 9th standard learners.

Afterwards essay writing competition was held in 7th A.B.C classes. All the students floated out their feelings about ‘Indian Constitution’ via writing skill.

It was wonderful to see all the participants daring to deliver their ideas via mock drill of parliament, debate and essay writing. The programmes were highly appreciated by the principal Mrs. Simran Kaur Thind and other respective teachers who were individual there.

The winners are as follows: –
Shivang Dixit 8B, Jayant Kumar 9D, Jashanpreet Kaur 9A, Rajdeep Kaur 9A, Maneet Kaur 9E, Lakhjeet Kaur 8B and Shobaj Singh 9D delivered their ideas very well and made the debate more interesting.

In mock parliament Gulshandeep Kaur, Harpreet Singh, Amanjot Singh spoke very well by sporting the ruling party of present time. However, Lovepreet Singh I & II, Rajpreet discussed the facts of demonetization.

Navinder Singh, Prabhjot Kaur, Komalpreet Kaur and Sakshi got first ranks in writing skill.
