The Pashupatinath Mandir of the UK held Gurpurab celebrations of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji at their site in the Midlands, UK. Members of the Nirmala, Naamdhari, Sikh Channel, and others were present.

The Mandir issued the following statement:

A historical event held at Shri Pashupatinath Mandir of U.K on Sunday 17th January 2016 to celebrate Guru Parab(Guru Govind Singh Ji). Only mandir to host such an event. I would like to especially thank all those people who made this event successful. Like, Mr Daljit Singh Nirmala, Sant Dilip Singh Ji(naam dhari sant), Mr Ranjeet Singh Rana, Sikh Channel, Mr Amar Singh, Mr Surjit Singh, Ashok Dass(Sachkhand Nanak Dham), Manoj Khanna(Jagatwani Newspaper), Gyaani Megh Singh ji, Mr Gajjan Singh(Raaj fm), Mr Gulshan Dhingra, Mrs Shobha Sharma, Abhishek Pandey (photography), Tajinder Singh Sian,Mr Kuldeep Rai Roopra(Nirankari Mission), representative from Durga Bhawan and other organisations.

And all our Shri Pashupatinath mandir committee members and volunteers who worked hard to make this event possible.
We would like to continue hosting this kind of event in the future again, to bring together all communities. The bhajan mandhli. Our younger devotees who helped during the event. Lastly, extending my special thank you to all the devotees who attended the event.
