Making Value-Based Education- Valuable

With a strong foundation in school education through the Akal Academies, the Baru Sahib mission extended into higher education — so that a student’s education can continue, under the same values, from the classroom to a career.

With a strong foothold in school education, the Baru Sahib mission took the next step and established universities to carry students’ professional journeys forward. Two universities now offer that higher education: Eternal University, Baru Sahib, governed by The Kalgidhar Trust, and Akal University, Talwandi Sabo, governed by The Kalgidhar Society.

“Modern scientific education alone will not serve humanity well, until and unless it is amalgamated with Braham Vidya — spiritual education.”

This vision, first articulated by Sant Attar Singh Ji, is what both universities are built on: academic excellence held together with character, service and spiritual grounding — not as separate tracks, but as one education.
