Gurpurab Samagam was organized by Akal Academy Kaleke in which the students participated with zeal and enthusiasm keeping the sanctity and divinity of the day alive.On this sacred day, Bhog ceremony of Sehaj Path was carried to the Pandal with complete ritual ceremonies.
The Religious activities were prepared by the students. The stage was conducted by students of nursery to +2 classes who represented Shabad, Speeches, Sakhies, in the presence of Shri Guru Granth Sahib ji. Kirtan rendered by the students mesmerized the Sangat. Various Stage performances were conducted to depict the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Exhilarating display of Gatka skills by the students of Akal Academy was an eye candy of the Holy Samagam on the eve of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Aagman Purab!
Dr. Khem Singh ji, Vice- President of Kalgidhar Trust inspired the students to keep up their Gursikhi alive in the same spirit for years to come. Principal Mrs. Seema Grover appreciated the performances of the students and the most heart touching performances were awarded trophies. Langar was distributed among the Sangat. The atmosphere was filled with cheerfulness and liveliness.
