And Tears Speak Silently- Movie review of Chaar Sahibzaade!

Tears innocently depicting the sentiments of these impressionable young minds who were deeply touched experience the pain and the valour of the Chaar Sahibzaade who had no super power but unflinching courage and devotion.

A movie which touches your soul and beautifully arouses the sentiments attached to Sikh History. It gives life to the untold facts and stories often unread in historic books.

Do your Kids know about the gallantry of warriors who stood up not for any selfish reason but for injustice and preserving the religions of our nation from the shackles of the inhuman Muslim rulers?

A Must Watch!

Charge your spiritual battery with family and friends!

Shivraj Singh declares in his latest tweet regarding Chaar Sahibzaade to go Tax-free.

We request the Delhi & Mumbai to take up such steps to maximize the reach of this brilliance piece from our history!

As per Mid-day reviews Chaar Sahibzaade touches you with its sincerity as it narrates this slice of history backed by painstaking research on the subject.

A pat on director Harry Baweja’s back for putting his money and efforts into attempting to tell a story that is not ‘safe’ but definitely needed to be told. It manages to make an impression, thanks to the emotions attached to the story and the background score ably supporting the narration.

In spite of the jerks and snags, children need to watch this one. Even if it can in no way match up to the slick Hollywood animation films that they are constantly pampered with, it will serve them good to watch true stories of bravery closer home.

The Pakistan government had made “unprecedented” security arrangements, policemen from the special branches as well as elite force were deployed during the ‘nagar kirtan’ and other programmes.

The programme started with the Akhand Path at Nankana Sahib, followed by Gurbani recital.
A ‘nagar kirtan’ was also taken out from Gurdwara Nankana Sahib to Gurdwara Tambu Sahib with a tight security blanket thrown around it.

Approximately 25,000 Sikhs gathered for celebrating the event at the sacred holy shrine.

1,000 devotees from worldwide were witnessed. ‘Langars’was put up at different points around Nankana Sahib.

‘Gurbani Kirtan’ was organised at the holy shrine in the evening to mesmerise the Sangat.

The Gurpurab was celebrated with religious fervour in Amritsar with a large number of pilgrims paying obeisance at the Golden Temple and taking a holy dip in the ‘sarovar’.

Long queues of devotees were enthralled at the holy shrine since morning. The ‘bhog’ ceremony of the Akhand Path took place at Gurdwara Manji Sahib Diwan Hall. The SGPC also put up ‘jalau’ (show of splendour) inside the sanctum sanctorum in which rare artifacts presented to the holy shrine were displayed. The evening witnessed ‘Gurbani Kirtan’ at the holy shrine with spectacular fireworks culminating the celebrations.
