I am Amrinder Singh from Muktsar and an alumnus of Akal Academy Muktsar batch 2006 where I completed my schooling from L.K.G to class 12th.
I am a simple guy and hail from a middle class family wherein my parents are teachers. I am currently employed as an Assistant Manager at Hero MotoCorp Limited, Gurgaon since last 6 months before which I was working at an Automobile company called Avtech in Indore for 3 ½ years – this was my first job post completing my B.Tech from DAV institute of technology, Jalandhar.
During the days of my schooling, with the grace of Almighty, my family did not face any problems at the village and everything went fine.The experience of schooling at the Akal Academy was very good, especially because of our Principal Sukhraj Madam. Though every teacher at the academy was inspiring, but one name that comes to my mind is Sukhraj Mam’s, she has been a great source of inspiration for all the students who taught us biology and was also one of my favorite teachers.
The spirituality induced in me during the schooling has been very beneficial especially in showing us the right direction and keeping us away from addictions hence I feel blessed to have been a part of Akal Academy, a part of my soul still belongs to the school.
As of now, I am very happy and feel blessed about my career and my plan for the future remains to better myself as an Engineer in the Automobile Sector. I am hopeful that with Akal Academy and the Kalgidhar Trust, Baru Sahib’s Graces alongside the Great Sant Baba Iqbal Singh Ji’s blessings will stay with me at every step of my career and life and help me achieve success at even greater levels.
My best regards to everyone connected to Baru Sahib and its a Noble endeavor of saving the youth of Punjab, many more people join this pious brigade. I wish them speedy success in their mission of opening 500 Akal Academies by the year 2020. May God be with them, always!
