Gurpreet Singh Matharu an alumnus of Akal Academy Baru Sahib is a resident of Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi. He was brought to Baru Sahib in 1999 by his family with a hope of taking him away from the harmful wave of Kalyug.

It wasn’t difficult for him to adapt the spiritual environment. And this happened with the help of peaceful vibes which sprouted in his mind by reciting gurbani of the Guru Granth Sahib ji in a young age. After months, when his parents would go to meet him, the divine glow radiated his face.

Gurpreet worked hard at school. He was keen in learning business concepts as he always wanted to open up his own business venture. After 12 memorable years of schooling, he left Baru Sahib completing his 10th. His father decided to make him pursue his further studies in their hometown itself. So, he went to Guru Nanak Public School, Punjabi bagh to pursue his 11th and 12th.

His interest in business made him pursue his 11th in Commerce stream. The influence of Baru Sahib and values ingrained were motivating him to work harder in the present.

After completing his 12th Gurpreet took a step into the world of business. He had fresh plans in his mind and the dream since his childhood had come true because of his determination & perseverance. Today, Gurpreet is a successful business man today & the owner of the ‘Turbanator Productions’ a shower parts business in Punjabi Bagh.
