Gurbhagwan Singh was born & brought up in a small family of a farmer in Muktsar. After passing his 5th grade from a local school, his parents decided to send him to Akal Academy, Baru Sahib. The family were very keen to admit their child there because of the good name & reputation the institution had established.

The encouragement and inspiration at the institution had polished his zeal to work hard towards his aspirations and goals. The spiritual & religious thoughts were imbibed into him which inspired him to baptize. He started doing “Naam Simran” & recited bani as a part of his daily routine.

As the time passed on, he completed his 12th Grade from Kirpal Sagar Academy, Nawa Shahar. Gurbhagwan went to Dehradun to pursue his medical in Microbiology at an institute named Doon Paramedical college. His personality transformed gradually, the enriched experiences & exposure he gathered on every phase made him step closer to his dreams. He interned at Batra Hospital, New Delhi for few months.

Gurbhagwan went to Patiala University for his post graduation & pursued Masters in Forensic Science. The time to taste a spoon of success was approaching. Then he went to New Zealand for pursuing his diploma course in ‘Criminology’ for one year. Gurbhagwan’s love for India brought him back to his own country and currently he is working as a Businessman in Agricultural products.

He reminiscences,” Money is not everything in life, Satisfaction and your happiness are something better. Today whatever I am I thank my Academy to bless me such values.”
